TIME OUT: Everyone in the room should be involved in the time-out procedure including the patient.  Before the case, please get everyones' attention, ask the patient their name, DOB, and procedure, get verbal confirmation from other people in the room

AAAHC:  AAAHC, Medicare, the State, Pharmacy will periodically and without notice survey our centers.  Please familiarize yourself with all Anesthesia Departmental policies.  It is critical that we are marked compliant on every standard.

Covid-19:  We are committed to the safety of our patients and staff.  We will practice wearing masks at all times, face shields, gloves, gowns, social distancing when possible, and frequent hand washing.  In addition, our equipment is being stringently cleaned between every case.  Our centers our committed to following CDC guidelines.  All patients are being screened for Covid-19 prior to their procedures and are instructed to quarantine until the Day of Surgery.
